OwnerJohn Confer is the proud owner of FIELD OPS, based in Hershey, PA, where he channels his lifelong passion for athletics and leadership into providing top-tier services and opportunities in the sports community. A Marine Corps veteran, John served from 1991 to 1999 as a Fire Direction Control man in Field Artillery, earning an Honorable Discharge as a Sergeant. With 26 years of experience in public education, he has held roles as a Special Education teacher, Athletic Director, and Assistant Secondary Principal, honing his skills in mentorship, organization, and community engagement. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Corrections Officer, further strengthening his discipline and resilience.
